A little history on Ensight and Curtis Strong Center...
The Ensight Skills Center was developed several years ago by a few visually impaired people.  They envisioned creating a place where people with low vision would be provided with training and support to maintain an independent lifestyle.  That dream became a reality on July 7, 2001 when the doors opened to the first low vision training center in Northern Colorado.

On September 1, 2007 the Ensight Skills Center and the Curtis Strong Center in Greeley, Colorado came together to expand the mission of serving individuals who are visually impaired in Colorado.
On December 5, 2008 the first satellite office was opened on a part time basis at the Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado located in Longmont, Colorado.
In January of 2009 the Ensight Skills Center opened a facility in Denver, Colorado.
